Hello All. I am having an issue with entering columns into a pivot table and need your expertise. Not even sure it what I am trying to do can be done. I have a basic pivot table. Names are located down the rows. I have added multiple columns via the Values section. I have a field that containe multiple texted items (Red, Blue, Green, ECT.). Is there a way to add a just one extra column that just shows how many reds there are with out adding it to the Columns area an aviod adding multiple columns under each color. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
