cells AL112:AP112 contain a formula i.e. =AL77-AL46 and so on, I want to add a total of only the positive numbers that appear
using the formula =SUMIF(AL112:AP112,"">0) in AQ112 does not seem to work, presume I need to tell it somehow what the cell value is as at the min it just gives 0 as an answer.

Excel Facts

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
Try
Excel Formula:
=SUMIF(AL112:AP112,">"&0)
