Adding Rounding to This Formula

Everything I've tried is not working. Can you add, if the value is greater than $200 then round, to this formula?

=IF(E4<=15,E4*2,IF(E4<=50,E4*1.95,IF(E4<=100,E4*1.9,IF(E4<=300,E4*1.85,IF(E4<=500,E4*1.8,IF(E4<=1000,E4*1.75,IF(E4<10000000,E4*1.7)))))))*1.06

What version of Excel do you have? Later versions will have a different solution. (I recommend you add it to your profile.)

=LET(x,1.06*E4*LOOKUP(E4-1,{0,15,50,100,300,500,1000,9999999},{2,1.95,1.9,1.85,1.8,1.75,1.7,0}),IF(x>200,ROUND(x,0),x))

What should happen when E4>=10000000?
