Adding to the beginning or end of a file name (individual instances, not batch).

I need to consistently add something along the lines of 2024 COI to the beginnings of a file name ( I don't now want to add it to 'all' simultaneously as there are other files with the ones I need to edit. I'm assuming there is some sort of shortcut CTRL + I could do and program a key?
