I need to add two variables and store it in another variable
But I cant figure out how to do it

myresult = sum (var1+var2) ??

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
hehe. I am dumb. Thanks.

I was working with hex to dec conversion and thought adding would be

myresult = evaluate ("sum(var1+var2)")

huh:biggrin:

hityou123,

Code:
Option Explicit
Sub Test()

Dim var1 As Double, var2 As Double, myresult As Double

var1 = 20.3
var2 = 33.9

myresult = var1 + var2

MsgBox "myresult = " & myresult

End Sub

Have a great day,
Stan
