Hi all bit stuck on this one not sure of the best way to approach it.

I have a large data set. It is many small tables of six rows each. I would like to highlight certain text under specific conditions. I will highlight this with an example

see below a simple data set
names i would like highlighted
Harry, daniel, peter, paul, john, michael

DATA SET
table 1
1.sally
2.harry
3.mary
4.tony
5.martha
6.daniel

table 2
1.daniel
2.nadege
3.sylvie
4.craig
5.arthur
6.mark

But i only want those names highlighted if and only if within the same table another name in my list appears. and teh second condition as to formatting is i would like the highlight be in a different colour indicating order. eg in table 1 harry and daniel both appear so i would like harry to be in green and daniel in red in table 2 you see that only daniel appears and so in this case i would like nothing highlighted. Last but not least if the above can be achieved would i then be able to count and put in a table the number of reds and greens for each

sorry for the novel. thankyou for your help

Regards
Dan
