advanced filter to move data between tabs

I have posted this on another forum already, and currently no response.

I believe advance filtering will help, but I can not figure it out.

I also found this thread, http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/showthread.php?t=551887 but I do not really understand the coding or how to make it work for my problem.

JJ626, I have seen your post on below location but I do not understand what you want to have in result which criteria you want to be filtered and where you want result to be copied ?

The file I have attached to the other version is a very small version of the real file with about 10 more exercise tabs.

and currently on the 30,60,90 tabs I have to have all the exercise data copy pasted so that I may use the filter to show the proper data I need to see.

you may want to take of the filters from the tabs to understand what im saying.

I would like to make an advanced filter on the exercise tabs that can pull the 30,60,90 days out, and display in on the proper tabs

Welcome to the MrExcel board!

Many of the experienced helpers here choose not to download files from other sites. Also, due to security issues at work sites, many users are unable to download such files. Finally, to download the file from the other forum I believe that you have to be registered on that forum. So you are restricting your pool of potential helpers considerably.

You will get many more potential helpers if you explain your problem clearly in words and, if needed, post a small screen shot or two directly in your post. My signature block below suggests 3 ways you can do that. Test them out in the Test Here forum.

Thank you for the help never thought about adding an img. From reading up on advanced filtering, I believe I should be able filter out rows based on how many days out the event is to the proper tabs. Would like the filtering to work automatically as well as update the tabs based on the current date.

I might be sounding 'picky' but I am just trying to help.

Your linked image is still not that much use since to set that up ourselves to test solution would reuire a lot of typing. The advantage of the methods suggested is that, apart from not having to go to another web page, your sample data could be copied directly from your post to a test sheet.
