advice on extracting data from multiple sheets

Hi, I am looking for some help with extracting data from 8 worksheets to create a summary sheet. The workbook calculates routine lubrication of machines and what I want is to create a summary sheet that pulls all the items which are due in the next 7 days. Can anyone offer advice on the best way to do this?
