I would like to have matrix(data table) to show when the original investment amount will be exhausted for each level of expenses & different ROI . I am not able to use PV as there is no provision for inflation(in the formulae).

You can use the standard finance equations in Excel, but account for the effect of inflation with:

real rate of return = ((1 + nominal rate)/(1 + inflation rate)) - 1
