Hi,

I just wondered if there's a setting or something that can run when a userform is activated, which allows the user to select more than one textbox at a time and enter identical data into the selected boxes.

The userform I have splits the day into 48 hourly periods. I want to be able to enter the same number into all of them at the same time, if required, or blocks of a few at a time...

Any ideas?

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
I don't think so (could be wrong). But you could just add a control to the user form to do it for you. Possibly a checkbox that when selected would make all textboxes equal to he value of textbox1.
