Allowing users to edit ranges

Hi,
I am creating a spreadsheet on which individuals apply for various items.
Each individual has thier own row which will be password protected to themselves.
I am using the allowing users to edit ranges command and am at the moment i'm having to type the cell ranges individually to each row as it seems that you cannot a drag & copy the ranges.

As I have upwards of a 100 rows to do, Can anyone tell me if there is a way to drag & copy the ranges?
