Hi all,

I just made a helluva userform but it simply looked to crowded so I decided to make a few frames to help the user.

I never thought about that the frames totally messed up my tabindexes. Are there any alternatives to frames (it is only for the looks and user friendlyness)?

What I want is that first focus is on frame1, textbox 1 next stop sould be frame 2, textbox 1 and then frame 3, textbox 1.

Is that possible at all with my current set up or do I need to skip all frames?

Thanks!

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Set TabStops to False for any controls you don't want tabbing to visit.

Right-click the form and select Tab Order to set up the tabbing order of the frames.

Then I think you have to create the frames without surrounding the controls, then drag the controls into the frames.

Try that...

Frames help organize controls in an orderly manner. If you want to tab from one control in one frame to another control in another frame and then back to the 1st frame, then you may want to consider how your controls are organized.

I use frames to organize controls and find that, when used appropriately, they make the UI more meaningful to the consumer.

When i run into this problem I use the multi page tab control. That way each tab one can set up the tab order
