This template comes with excel and I cant figure out a few formulas.
In the number of payments field it says "=IF(Values_Entered,Number_of_Payments,"")" where does it calculate values entered and number of payments?
Also in the actual amortization schedule it has conditional formatting set with "=IF(ROW(D20)>Last_Row,TRUE, FALSE)" what is last_row?
Thanks,
Yosef

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Select the Formula tab at the top of the spreadsheet, then Name Manager. Name Manager lists all the ranges, like Values_Entered, and tells how they are calculated. As an example, the Values_Entered formula, =IF(Loan_Amount*Interest_Rate*Loan_Years*Loan_Start>0,1,0), determines if all four of the name fields have been filled in.
