animated user form button

can we insert animated button on user form and what are i doing for speed up macro without calculation

most common speed pitfalls:
- using Activate (usually as leftovers of the macro recorder)
- using Select (also commonly found after using the recorder)
- not using Application.ScreenUpdating = False when applicable

Also, I think, even if it was possible to get an animated button, it would quickly be added to the list above
