Animation on userform with timer

Hi folks

I have designed a splash screen which works well, BUT the
1). The increase in size of the userform is "jerky"
2). the shape movement is also "jerky"

I need a smooth effect for both of these two things above.

Can someone help please?
I include the workbook Userform_Height_Increase.xlsm with the current code.
