Announcing: An audio alert add-in

Over the last few days I put together an add-in that provides a low-maintenance general-purpose solution on how to generate audio alerts in Excel. The add-in leverages XL's text-to-speech capability. That means it can generate *any* warning that is shown as text in a cell -- typically, as part of a IF formula.

Warning: As noted above, the add-in leverages XL's text-to-speech capability. Consequently, it requires an appropriate version of XL and that the necessary files be installed. It also needs some way for your computer to generate sound beyond the default beep.
