I usually try and save documents with a date when I make changes so I have an older copy of a doc containing macros in the event I break something when revising code. What I'd like to know is if there is a good piece of shareware/freeware designed to do a comparison of two macros in two different workbooks. Thanks.

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand

You know what I do?

Copy the code I want to compare into Excel and set up a formula.

That is copy the first set of code into column A and the second into column B.

Then in column C put =A1=B1 and copy down.:)
