Any Potential problem in saving workbooks in Binary format?

Hi all,

Is there any potential problem if you save workbooks in binary format to send in email?

Workbooks contains all kind of data -Pivot, charts, databases, formula to reduce file size as email cant take big size i am saving files(excel 2007) in binary format sending files through email.(i find it effective than zipping as size reduces drastically)

Is there any potential problem that can occur to receiver of file?
