Any VBA code to customize chart fly-over comments and right-

I would like to customize a chart so that:

1) The mouse fly-over tool-tips/comments display additional data, such as a note from a note column.

2) Place a custom label on each data point.

3) Add a selection to the right-click menu that will bring up more information on the selected data point. (one selction will be a dialog box with more data, another selection will be a dialog box with a chart that shows the data that underlies the chosen data point(ex. the data point is an avg, so the new chart will plot the data that was averaged.)
