hi everyone,

this seams a simple bit of code but it bugs out everytime

anyone know why this bit of code does not work its just a find and replace

VBA Code:
ActiveWorkbook.Sheets("ordersSheetName").Columns("M:M").Replace What:="Choose Sauce:*", Replacement:="", LookAt:=xlPart, SearchOrder:=xlByRows, MatchCase:=False, SearchFormat:=False, ReplaceFormat:=False, FormulaVersion:=xlReplaceFormula2

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
I would suspect the problem is the ', FormulaVersion:=xlReplaceFormula2'

Try removing the '2' off the end of it or remove the ', FormulaVersion:=xlReplaceFormula2' completely.
