I have 4 monthly reports that include fuel card numbers such as 806970520261068615, when copying them in they are auto rounded to 806970520261068000 and display as 8.06971E+17

If I was pasting them in by them selves it wouldnt be a big deal to add the ' to the number before to stop them from auto rounding, but its being brought in as a big batch of data so I then have to search them all out and retype them.

Any way to stop this?

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
The simplest way to do this would be to add an apostrophe before the number.
Ex : '806970520261068615

Format the cells as Text before pasting the values in.
