Application.DisplayFullScreen = True

I'm trying to utilize Application.DisplayFullScreen = True within a macro to temporarily hide the ribbons...but when I use ActiveWindow.View = xlNormalView or Application.DisplayFullScreen = False, I don't get the ribbons back and have to use the ESC key.

Any ideas?

Application.DisplayFullScreen = False worked for me.

Application.DisplayFullScreen = False worked for me.

If I just do a test to turn on and turn off, it works...but on this big macro, no dice. I even tried enabling the screenupdating before setting to TRUE.
