Appropriate Event to trigger

Like in VB the most appropriate event one should trigger is Form_Load to set the visibility of certain controls to False or disabled properties to true.. i wanna know in VBA what is the most appropriate event i must go for, in order to perform similar tasks

I have just come across to know about Worksheet_Activate()... i am trying it at the moment so can't say if it is cent per cent replacement
