array formula in vba

please can some body help me to put these formulas in vba

IF(ROWS(A$3:A3)>B$1,"",INDEX(MASTER_SHEET!F:F,SMALL(IF(MASTER_SHEET!F$6:F$18000<>"",IF(ROW(MASTER_SHEET!F$6:F$18000)-ROW(MASTER_SHEET!F$6)+1=MATCH(MASTER_SHEET!F$6:F$18000,MASTER_SHEET!F$6:F$18000,0),ROW(MASTER_SHEET!F$6:F$18000))),ROWS(A$3:A3))))
