Assign Macro - sure this is simple!!

When i place a command button on my spread sheet and then right click, the short cut menu does not have the Assign Macro option.
I'm sure it use to!

How can I get it back?

Using the wrong button, perhaps?

There are Forms controls,and Toolbox controls.

for the other button type - right click - view code - and enter Macro Name. Has the same effect.
