Hi - I need to clean up data for point A to point B packages.

Column A will always have a City, State (where the package is being sent from), and sometimes the data gets messy, where the final destination could be in column B or C.

I'm looking to clean up the data and have a formula put the associated zip code with the City, State that is listed in columns A, and B or C.

What's the best way to do this?

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Well, welcome to the forum.

It would be a big help if you could help the forum help you by providing some sample data. The xl2bb add in (Link below) allows you to paste a mini worksheet into the forum thread. And the forum members can then see about finding a solution for you.

Thanks.
