Hi,
I am very green at this so be patient with me. I am trying to create an excel form in which I can be able to assign numbers,1-180 to 180 different text cells. I want to be able to type any number from 1-180 in a column with 10 rows and have the assigned text to that number appear in any of those 10 rows. Can anyone guide me to the right direction in a simple baby step way?
Thanks in advance.

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
Ok,<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
I work with developmentally disabled. Currently, we have a list of 180 different strength and needs which we use to assess individuals with. Strengths may be "attends work regularly" or "good grooming skills". Needs may be "requires assistance completing tasks". We have a form in which we pick 10 strengths and 10 needs from the list of 180 and type them in the appropriate column. I want to assign a number to each one of these 180 strength and needs so when for example I type 14 in a cell, the strength or needs that has been assigned to that number would appear in that cell. Hope this makes sense.
Thanks
