I received some assistance through an Excel Forum about a decade ago with creating a formula as it was far too advanced for me to do. This was to create a management tool for helping to postulate when employees may retire from the organization based on their ability from the various methods of time and age.

I am seeking assistance with modifying this existing retirement formula as there are now several formulas based on time and age for both Regular members as well as Public Safety.

As I said, I have an existing formula, but my attempts to try and modify it have not worked out and I would appreciate anyone's assistance with re-creating this for expanded use in my current organization.

I can upload or send a worksheet.

Thank you.

If you can use the xl2bb add in (link below) you can post a mini worksheet of your data.

In either case, please sanitize your data for personal privacy concerns. And your data only needs to be a few disparate records that can provide your possible scenarios.
