Hey, been working on this problem for a while now and its driving me crazy.

I basically have two sources of data that need to be linked together automatically.

I have a list of phone calls received against specific phone numbers by day and I need this to be pulled in against a summarised sheet.

e.g. for number 123456 There was a specific event on a 1st Jan. and another key event 4 days later and another a few days after that. I need to be able to sum the daily calls against that number from the first of Jan up until the next key day. Basically trying attirubte calls back to the key
event

Any ideas

Much appreciated
