AUTO FILL OPTION BASED ON ANOTHER COLOMs

Hi all

this is a competition scoring sheet

i want to add this automatically

when i enter chest number then the name of winner and team name want to come automatically and the pointing also (see sample)

point first 5 point second 3 third 1

how to do this ??????



each fist place will get 5 points (eg. chest no 403 Ajila got first place so 'church Anamara' got 5 points. the same competitions 'church Mesich' got second place so they got 3 points. member of 'Church Kalkadi' got third place so the 'Church Kalkadi' got 1 points. some times another church will get First place and Second place in same competition. If so the same church will get 8 points, that means the church will get 5+3 = 8 points. some times 10 Churches will come for the competition each church point calculation will consume more time. if i get it easy way that will be easy to me. please go through my sample file for getting details of competitions and point details.
1. when I enter chest number other details (participants name and church name) want to come automatically
2. points of each competition fill automatically 5,3,1 in respective church fields, and total
