Auto Highlight other cells based date range

Hi All

I am try to have cells highlighted based on date range. Based on below I would assume I use conditional formatting whereby the dates in A3 and B3 would be used to highlight cells E2 to G2. This will change based on the changing of dates in A3 and B3

Any suggestions
