Auto Hyperlink

I have an excel file for the purchase details were i use to maintain the details about the purchase details like supplier name order no, pi no, supplier tax invoice etc.

now what i am doing is like i created a separate folder for Proforma Invoice, Tax Invoice and use to hyper link the file to Excel sheet ( Purchase order Register)
What i am looking for is like a autolinking feature like when i will put the PI no in the respective column it should automatically link to the file ( file from the folder-PI, my file name will be the Proforma invoice no)

Also i have seen another problem like my file is in a shared folder and is using by 2 users, so sometime it is showing the link is not working why it is so, in this circumstances i need to again link to make the link work.

can any one suggest me how to do the auto linking feature.

Hi

Have a look at the HYPERLINK function. Sounds like you can use a static folder path and concatenate the PI to it to create a link to the desired file.
