I searched all over and couldn't find anything similar to what i am looking for but i apologize if this has been answered already.<o></o>

We use a program that automatically creates an excel "due date" list. Column A has the date (text and numbers) and Column B has the project name. Here is an example of what it looks like:

Thursday 7/28/2011 Project C<o></o>
Friday 7/29/2011 Project D<o></o>
