auto open worksheet

What is the function or macro I would need to enter into a cell if the result i want is the following:

If data entered into the cell is 'Complete' then do nothing
If data entered into the cell is 'B/O' then open up the worksheet 'BackOrdered' (which is in the same workbook)

Put this code into the VBA project on the sheet you want to check if cell A1 has changed.
