I have a table that had a provider name and Status with various rates per quarter. I am trying to get a table that will give me only the Active "A" providers on a different tab. Know I've done this in college years ago and cannot remember the way to do it. thanks for your help! Ric

Excel Facts

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
What version of Excel are you using?

It would be helpful if you updated your profile to show it, as formulae are version dependant.

I get "That function isn't valid."
I copied my headers (A1:H1) to Sheet2 and in Sheet2 A2 entered the above formula.
