Hi all

Hopefully a straight forward one...?

I have a table. column A has an amount, column B a date. Columns C to N are headed with the months 'Jan' through to 'Dec'. How do I auto-populate the respective monthly titled cell with the amount in column A based on the date in column B? for example if A7 has $400 and B7 is dated 15/7/23, how do I make the $400 dollars auto-populate in the July row (I7)?

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Happy you found a solution here!
Best wishes!
