Can someone please tell me how to auto-run a current Macro every 5 minutes, starting at 8:30am and stopping at 3:00pm (including if the worksheet is opened anytime during those times)? Thanks!

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
I found this and it works...
Code:
 Dim Runtimer As Date

Sub New_Copy_Over_Both_Columns()
'Runtimer = Now + TimeValue("00:05:00")
Application.OnTime Runtimer, "New_Copy_Over_Both_Columns"
