Auto Save and Open Cell Locator

I have a spreadsheet that I will like to automatically save and not prompt the user to save when closing. Is this possible.

Also,
Is there anyway to automatically place the cell selector on the first open cell. When the user opens it, I want the selector to automatically go to the location that the user will input data and not have to make the user scroll down.
