Auto-showing the updated collectable

I just wondering how can I do this:
I have a 65 Statement of Account which has a basic table of
Date/Particular/Debit/Credit/Balance
from the 65 sheet, I want to create a sheet which will show automatically the name of statement of account which has collectable base from the entry each statement of account and base from the date to a computer.
