Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
One way to break ties is to insert a column before column D (so the new column is now column D), then enter in D2:
=C2+.0000001*ROW()
Then pull this down to D25. Then in A2 insert:
=RANK(D2,$D$2:$D$25,1)
and pull down to A25.
