Auto text suggestion

Hi,

I have a column named "Part Number". I want excel to give user part number suggestions based on historical part number records.
It is similar to our google search suggestion that the number of results reduces as you enter in more text. And user is also able to continue enter new part number if no match is found. The new part number will be stored and add into the suggestion list for next part number cell.

How could I achive this kind of function?
