Auto Updating Queries on Open

So I have an excel file with a pivot attached to a query which is set to auto-update when the file is opened.

When I open the file (Excel 2010), Excel asks me if I want to allow updates. Whe a coworker opens the file (Excel 2007), it does not.

I'm tempted to think this is an issue with the security level settings on our two different machines, rather than a versioning issue... but I can't seem to find the option/setting in Excel '07 to turn up the security.

What say the geniuses of Mr. Excel.com?

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
Take a look at the colleague's Excel Options Settings i.e.
Office Button (@ Left Top) >> Excel Options >> Trust Center >> Trust Center settings!
