Auto_open, Auto-Close and Cop Macros running automatically

When I open any Excel File in my computer "Auto_open", "Auto-Close" and "Cop" Macros are running automatically. I have not made any changes in settings. Before this I never encountered such a problem. I want to avoid auto running of these macros. I am using Excel 2007 version.
