AutoCorrect to fill multiple cells

Hi there,

I'm trying to fill two cells rather than just one when using autocorrect.

Ideally when typing a client's initials I'd like the client name & client number to fill in. Being the name and number are not in the same cell I don't have a clue how to go about this. Or if it's possible.

Any ideas? Thanx!

You could probably do it by having autocorrect put the full names and numbers in column A (say) and have formulas in columns B & C to split the names/numbers.

Or it could be done with VBA without the extra column.
