Autofill Product Form

I'm trying to make an excel sheet that depending on what product is selected it will fill in the cells required with the correct parts.

most parts only suit one product but there are different colours and 2 different options.

I have sheet 2 with all the part numbers on it put into catorgies and a template of the form on sheet 1.

I can make drop down menus for each but i need to form to autofill as this is for people who usally only know the one product but not all the other parts that go with it.

is kinda the same thing as say looking for drivers for you pc. you go through the options and you get a list of drivers you can use

It sounds like you'll need a combination of VLOOKUP (or Index/Match) for cells that have a single result and Dependent Lists for those cells in your template that could have multiple results. Here's a sample of some of the parts and the colours to suit. the one's in green and all of one set and the red are alternative's. then there are the 4 colours to choose from which will change the part numbers again.

Can you walk us through an actual use case? For example, you choose Opal Gray and then list X should appear in the dropdown in the adjacent cell. What is list X and how do I know it should be pulled by selecting Opal Gray? Sorry for the questions, I don't quite understand the practical flow of things.
