Autofilter Flag

This one should be a slam dunk. I've used it before but I can't remember how to set it up.

In my spreadsheet, I am trying to setup a flag that will show which column is autofiltered. That way I don't have to click through every filter to find out which one is active.

For example, if I filtered my selection in E4:E4000, I would like to set it so that a Yes or 1 or something shows up in E3 to show this column has been autofiltered. Thanks.
