AutoFilter in VB/Macro

I think I might have written a portion of a simple macro to autofilter via Macro.

Code:
Range("A3:K3").Select
    Selection.AutoFilter
    Selection.AutoFilter Field:=11, Criteria1:="=NO", Operator:=xlAnd
Problem is if the user has already done a manual filter at some point, and then runs the macro it doesn't filter correctly.
Is there a way to just "turn off" filter before the macro runs?
I am not listing the rest of my more complex portion of the macro because it's irrelevant.

Hi,

Something like this, change Sheet1 for the codename of the sheet you are working on:
Rich (BB code):
With Sheet1
    .AutofilterMode = False

    With .Range("A3:K3")
        .AutoFilter
        .AutoFilter Field:=11, Criteria1:="=NO", Operator:=xlAnd
    End With
End With
