Autogenerate and print forms

I am attempting to pull data out of a spreadsheet that has been sorted and filtered. Then take information from specific cells, across the row of data and populate a form with the data from the specific cells in the row into a predetermined cell in the form (autogenerate). Print the form, then loop through to the next visible row and perform the task, again, until all the rows have been used to create forms for each row.

Can anyone help?
