Automated Decision Matrix, yes/no, w/ GUI

Good Day,

I would like to create an automated decision matrix. I am thinking the core data would me listed in a spreadsheet.

When a button is pushed I would like a GUI pop up, a background based off a picture, a box containing a question, and yes and no buttons below the question. Each button would trigger that box to close and either another box open with another question with yes/no buttons or the final answer.

I would like the entire martrix to reside on a worksheet, so i can create multiple matrix’ within the workbook.

Would anyone be able to assist me with this project?
 

Excel Facts
