Automatic enter function

Is there a way to put the enter function into a series of cells in a column, so when excel hits that column it automatically goes to the next row. Thank you

This would go in the Worksheet Code... Right Click on the Worksheet Name and select "View Code" to enter.

c = 4 'This is the Col number you want to send you to the next row. A = 1, B = 2, Etc.
 
If Target.Column = c Then
